The Southern Coast Wrestling Officials Association (SCWOA) is comprised of the dedicated men and women who ensure the integrity, safety, and fairness of every match in Ventura County and surrounding counties. After years of witnessing the unparalleled grit and character of local wrestlers, the SCWOA is proud to launch its Inaugural Scholarship Program.
